A Full Pardon is described by the Florida Office of Executive Clemency as a type of relief that unconditionally releases a person from punishment and forgives guilt for any Florida convictions. It restores to an applicant all of the rights of citizenship possessed by the person before his or her conviction, including the right to own, possess, or use firearms. I contacted Foundation Legal in February of 2020 for some legal advice about Clemency hearings and possible obtaining all my rights.
